The Ultimate Obstacle Course

Zig-Zagging through a food obstacle course provides a fun opportunity for your little one to watch and to learn more about food shapes and textures and cultivate new building concepts. Build an obstacle with hurdles such as a pick-up stick resting on fresh strawberries. Using your pincer grip, model holding the lentil wheel in the middle of the spokes. Keep holding the middle of the wheel and push it along a flat surface, demonstrating the way to move through the course. You may need to use a few of your other fingers to keep the lentil wheel it in motion. For children aged 15 months+ offer them the opportunity to have a try.
